Mark Coley is a native of Brooklyn, NY. He received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the Southern Connecticut State University, He received his master’s degree in Education from University of New Haven.

While attending Southern CT University, he met Gilda Stallworth-Coley. They married in 1994 and are the proud parents of two adult daughters, Makiah and Alexis and one adult son, Mark II. 

Mark was baptized on August 1,1993 at Northside Church of Christ in Hartford, CT. He  completed coursework at the Sunset International Bible Institute (SIBI) in 2007. He was ordained as an Elder at Southwest church of Christ in 2022. His favorite scripture is Matthew 22:37-39. 

He is an educator, who has worked tirelessly over the last twenty-seven years educating, inspiring, coaching, and mentoring youth and adults at school, church and in the community.
